Kentucky Fried Chicken Buffet in Albany

No Gravy, No Corn, speechless, just poorly managed!

Chicken has gotten better, the last time I was there it got 5 stars.

Horrible service. Waited 20 mins in drive thru just to be told my chicken still had to be cooked and would be another 10 mins. Also out of mashed potatoes. Also out of coleslaw.

We went after church and it was quite busy. The only cashier was having to fill orders also. The buffet didn't have much variety on it. The tables were unclean, probably due to the church rush and not enough people working

Good food. The place was busy so service was a little slow. Wait staff was friendly and heplful.

You would think at a KFC, they would have some chicken out and no biscuits. Cashier was quite rude. Then on to the buffet, One breast piece of each flavor but a bit cold. The coleslaw was a bit frothy, the Dumplings were over seasoned and almost the consistency of the peach cobbler that was mainly just crust and goop.It took the young Lady about 10 to bring out some chicken and 15 for the biscuits.There was way too much salt in the mashed potatoes. I was Sick before I left.

Ordered $30+ in food and didnt recieve my extras I paid for. Tried calling several times and when I went back the line was extremely too long. I'll hold tight to my reciept because I'd like my funds refunded for items I didnt recieve.

Great food and good service

Food was very good on my trip. Tenders and potato wedges were HUGE and hot. Very pricey though. I went for a 16 pc family meal with 4 sides ($40) and left with 12 tenders and 2 sides ($20). 😂

Abysmal. Day old food, and service with a heaping helping of bad attitude. If you really want chicken find another KFC.

The experience I have whenever I visit this location hasn't been all that great but could use some improvements. No matter what time of the day you visit, whether drive-thru or walk-in is extremely slow. It seems to be 3-4 employees not sure what to do. Getting a 2 piece chicken should not take 15-20 minutes especially when it's in the hot tray. Employees do not wear gloves. Staff could use some company re-training.

The food was good but the service was exceptionally slow. It will be a long time if I ever eat there again.

Went for my Mother who requested her usual 3 original wings with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. She only eats 2 so l get to have the 3rd one. Its just enough, especially since l've cut back considerably from eating fried chicken. Overall, the taste was good and fresh. The small size wings let me know they weren't pumped up with a lot of hormones and fillers. Mom enjoyed her meal as she always does!

Not even sure it deserves 1 star. Cole slaw was spoiled. Barely any gravy on the potatoes. Chicken was too dried out to eat. Not to mention the staff wasn't friendly.

I ordered original recipe. I got some crunchy dried out chicken with no taste. It could be cardboard and the taste would be the same. Taste was nothing like chicken. I've got to find another place to eat chicken. This was not good. Gave it to the dogs.

Today took 32 minutes to get our order from the time we placed it. Add in the time in line and we were there over 40 minutes. After that amount of time, our order was still missing 3 items. My chicken sandwich was undercooked. The trash can that we stood beside while waiting was full to the point of overflowing for the whole 30 minutes we waited. And this is not a one time issue, our order is usually wrong when we get it home. We enjoy KFC food, but it keeps getting harder to convince ourselves to get it from this location.

They have that famous fried chicken and its always good. The buffet items are ok. Some better than others. Depending on time of day it could be well stocked or a little low. Today it was low and some items didn't look very fresh. The customer service is a bit slow at times but usually good nonetheless. One negative comment is that today the dining room need cleaning. The floor was a bit littered and there were several tables that needed to be wiped off. Its usually not this bad so maybe today was an exception to the rule.

Not good at all. No coleslaw which is a major item. Will not be back ever again!!!

Went inside for take-home because I thought it would be quicker than drive-thru. Nope. It took 18 minutes from order to bag. No apologies or explanations. Several customers were grumbling. I doubt I'll go back to this location.

Mac and cheese bowl was good food was hot and fresh

My visit to KFC was less than pleasant. The attending cashier clearly didn't want to be there and I got no response when I, me , not her said thank you. I ordered three piece chicken tenders and waited as 2 people before me and SIX who came in after me we're served. I waited for over 20 minutes for my simple order while others got served and on thier way as quick as I can imagine KFC Albany can do. The establishment was dark, dirty and needed serious attention. The drink machine had two slots that said reserved for future use. Drink selection was very limited. I won't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else! Very displeased!!!

Nice people, for the most part. Reasonable prices for individuals or family packs. Wait times can be ridiculous at times.

The best time to visit this KFC location is on Sunday afternoons. The after-church rush helps insure a fresh spread on the buffet. The store itself could be kept cleaner. The tables are often dirty and the floor needs a good bleaching. I've always found the staff to be friendly, and attentive towards guests.

Service and food was good. Price for what we ordered was Outrageous!!!!!!

Each time I visited this particular establishment, I received dry chicken and hard biscuits. I will not return here after striking out four straight times. This doesn't mean that I won't visit other KFC locations because I love KFC chicken! This restaurant here doesn't serve food guaged by the Colonel's standards.

KFC is a very good deal. For $5.35 that's including taxes I got a real spicy chicken sandwich with fries, drink and a cookie. Love KFC especially Zinger Burgers.

Service was great. Good was horrible. It looked like it was leftovers from lunch.

Great all you can eat at an affordable price

On the 4th drive through was not open then got home to wrong order. I ordered a family meal for over 25 bucks. I asked for sauce the lady walked away without saying nothing I just stood there. Then I got sauce customer service sucks. Location Dawson Rd .

Went to KFC for lunch and got a crispy colonel chicken sandwich. The lady taking my order couldn't understand what I was ordering. I said the crispy chicken sandwich. She said "Oh the cologne-ul." That's the phonetic pronunciation of how she said it...at KFC...where their mascot is Colonel Sanders. Let me tell you - the chicken sandwich was GREAT! But the much needed laugh was so much better!!

I remember that it was much better years ago, and I didn't have to mortgage the house to feed the family. When did a fried chicken with sides run you $40. When Now you can go to any supermarket and get the same for $10.

My husband and I went to KFC to eat all you can eat buffet. IT WAS GROSS, DRIED UP CRUSTED PANS, SPOILED PEAS, HARD BISCUITS. WE LOVE KFC BUT THIS PLACE WAS RIDICULOUS!! WAS SO SAD. WE EAT KFC ALOT AT LESS 2 TIMES A WEEK... WE DON'T EAT PORK, WE EAT ALOT OF CHICKEN. We were very DISAPPOINTED.......🤨😥😔

Slow in DT as always. I only go here since someone in my household loves it, otherwise I would never come here. 30 minutes in drive thru.

This KFC is usually a good location to purchase food from. Last night was the opposite. We sat in line for over 25 minutes. When we received our food it was not good at all. The mashed potatoes were soupy. The gravy was tasteless. The chicken was not cooked as it should have been or perhaps it sat for too long. Parts of it were tough. The biscuit was hard and did not look as though it was buttered. After, I placed my order at the intercom it took another 10 minutes to receive the food. No complimentary anything was offered or given for the time inconvenience. Poor customer service practices. Very disappointed!!!
